We’ve Got a New Look! Introducing CALIBA’s Updated Logo

Date postedMay 15, 2025
Posted By: Valentina Moberg in Association Updates,

Dear booksellers, publishers and friends of CALIBA,

The CALIBA Office is excited to announce that we have a new logo to go along with our updated website!

We have partnered with California-based 3 Fish Studios to help create a logo that evokes “California.” You might notice this in the key elements of the logo:

  • A sunset for The Sunset State.

  • Mountains and ocean to represent the natural beauty of California’s coastline.

  • California poppies: Our state flower and reference to CALIBA’s Golden Poppy Awards.

  • Finally, all of these elements are outlined by a bear and open book as a nod to our previous logos.

We hope you love the new logo as much as we do. We plan to update the logo across CALIBA’s channels. Stay tuned for merchandise featuring the new artwork!
