CALIBA is returning to the Pasadena Hilton in May for our Spring Forums and, new this year, Owners' Retreat, featuring days of lively conversation, education, rep picks, and networking.

- Bookseller Sponsorships: CALIBA offers travel reimbursements for all event attendees upon request. Bookseller Travel Reimbursements: $100, $150, $200, or $250
- NEW Owners' Retreat Sponsorships: A peer-to-peer educational event scheduled for the day before Spring Forum. Includes digital promotion credits. $500 Owners' Retreat Coffee Breaks | $1000 Owners' Retreat Breakfast / Lunch | $2000 Owners' Retreat Education

- Galley Table Placement: 50 books to be featured on galley table for booksellers. Participation fee: $100

We will reach out with shipping instructions for Galley Table and Welcome Bag submissions
in late-March for Pasadena.
Call for Authors submissions are closed. Author invitations for Pasadena will be sent the week of February 9th, 2026.
The Rep picks interest form is closed. Rep picks invitations for Pasadena will be based on past participation and the spaces available. Invitations will be sent out no later than the week of February 9th, 2026.
