CALIBA will be submitting a “letter of protest” objecting to a pending trademark application for the phrase “Blind Date with a Book” on behalf of our members. We will be including pieces of evidence to prove "Blind Date with a Book" is a widely used phrase across the industry and has been for many years.

What we are looking for: Social posts; marketing materials; emails or newsletters; news articles/segments

Please make sure the image or the material includes a date so it further backs our statement that "Blind Date with a Book" has been used for years.
