CALIBA is returning to the Oakland Asian Cultural Center in April and
the
Pasadena Hilton in May for our Spring Forums and, new this year, Owners' Retreats, featuring days of lively conversation, education, rep picks, and networking.

KEYNOTE

Author keynote appearance to kickoff a Spring Forum event.

Appearance fee: $1200

Plus 60 ARCs, F&Gs or printed books.

PANELIST

Author panel discussion during a Spring Forum event.

Appearance fee: $800

Plus 40 ARCs, F&Gs or printed books.

AUTHOR SHOWCASE

Each author will present their title for 5 minutes.

Appearance fee: $800

Plus 50 ARCs, F&Gs or printed books.

EVENING AUTHOR SHOWCASE

Each author will present their title for 5 minutes -
followed by mingling with booksellers.

Appearance fee: $800

Plus 50 ARCs, F&Gs or printed books.

Call for Authors deadline is January 23rd.

Author invitations for Oakland will be sent the week of February 9th, 2026. Author invitations for Pasadena will be sent by the end of February, 2026.

REP PICKS INTEREST FORM

Please fill out this form if you are interested in participating in one of
the 2026 Spring Forum Rep Picks sessions.

We plan to have two Rep Picks sessions (separate sessions for Adult
titles and Children's titles). CALIBA will produce visuals of the titles
to be shared during the session.

REP PICKS SESSION: ADULT TITLES

Each rep will present their titles for 5-7 minutes.

Cost per session: $250

Each rep will present their titles for 5-7 minutes.

Cost per session: $250

Rep Picks interest form deadline is January 23rd.

Note: this is an interest form — we will reach out with an invitation based on past
participation and the spaces available the week of January 26th, 2026.

We will reach out with shipping instructions for Galley Table and Welcome Bag submissions
the week of February 16th for Oakland and in late-March for Pasadena.
