WINTER CATALOGS ARE BACK!

Winter Catalogs are a key tool in making your 4th quarter a success. Winter Catalogs accelerate your Fall/Winter sales, make your store stand out, and benefit CALIBA by providing revenue that supports booksellers with essential services and industry opportunities.

Plus, stores that place orders for the Winter Catalog get to vote in the Catalog Cover Contest to select the 2025 catalog design. Last year's design was created by Oleksandr Shatokhin, author and illustrator of Little Hare Finds a Gift (Red Comet Press).

RAMP has designed a streamlined ordering page to make the process intuitive. If you have ordered any RAMP catalogs in the past, your store account is already active. If not, creating an account takes just a few minutes.

CATALOG DETAILS

• Up to 5,000 catalogs per member store are FREE
• All orders include free freight
• Minimum order quantity is 500 (you must order in multiples of 500 unless using direct mail or newspapers)
• Quantities over 5,000 may be purchased for $55 per 500 or $0.11 per catalog if using direct mail or newspapers
• Catalogs are full-color, 12 pages, 6" x 10.5"
• Catalogs can be sent to your store, mailed directly to customers, and/or inserted in newspapers

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Someone will work one-on-one with you to create a catalog order that best meets your needs and budget. There is no extra charge for concierge service, but starting early will give you time to explore all your options.

CATALOG CUSTOMIZATION

IMPRINTING

Use the Full Order option to order 2+ boxes and ask for imprinting. 

Imprinting can be used not only for your store address and website, but can include incentives like a coupon or special offer to drive traffic to your store.

SATURATION MAILING - JUNE 1ST DEADLINE

Start your catalog order early so you can have time to work with RAMP to choose how many catalogs you want to order and where to send them.

NEWSPAPER INSERTION

You are responsible for making insertion arrangements and setting up payment with your newspaper(s).

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

JUNE 1ST Deadline for direct mail orders

JUNE 15TH Deadline for all other orders and payments

OCTOBER 1ST Target date for catalog delivery to stores and newspapers

NOVEMBER 1ST Target date for catalog deliver via direct mail

for you to check in directly with our Executive Director.

from May 15th to July 31st (except May 29th).
