James Patterson Holiday Bonus Program

JAMES PATTERSON HOLIDAY BOOKSTORE BONUS PROGRAM

James Patterson is once again supporting independent booksellers with a revival of his Holiday Bookstore Bonus Program!

Patterson has pledged a personal contribution of $300,000, to be distributed in amounts of $500, to 600 booksellers from ABA member bookstores.

Winter Institute Glenn Goldman Scholarship

National Association of Black Bookstores

BLACK BOOKSTORE HERITAGE GRANT

This grant, presented by the National Association of Black Bookstores (NAB2), is designed to support Black-owned bookstores. Each year, this grant will award a total of up to $5,000 to selected applicants. Applications are now open for the Black Bookstore Heritage Grant.

2 - Handcrafts and Hardbacks, in San Bernardino, looks like they had lots of fun at the LA Comic Con.

3 - Judging by the Cover, in San Dimas, has a special display in store and recommendations online to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.

4 - Vroman’s Bookstore, in Pasadena, is ready for Banned Books Week starting on Sunday, October 5th!

5 - Judging by the Cover: A Bookstore, in Fresno, threw a unique event - a performative male contest!
